At MTR we plan to expand on our current approach to training. As a Unity Developer, you will be involved in the setup of net code stitching the application together.


We are looking for someone who takes radical responsibility and leads by example. You will be working in a small team to deliver an immersive training product with the potential to grow. We are working on ground-breaking immersive projects at MTR so it is a must that you have the correct mindset to innovate.



  • At least 2 years of experience using Unity
  • Worked on multiplayer titles/projects with direct involvement in writing the netcode
  • Has worked with Mirror/UNet and Pun2 or any combination of two networking solutions for real time applications
  • Has shipped at least 1 title or worked on a product currently being used by its intended customer
  • At least 2 years of professional Unity experience
  • Excellent optimisation skills
  • Ability to verbalise conceptual thoughts to create innovative solutions while taking onboard direct feedback



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics or Maths
  • Experience developing VR applications
  • SQL experience
  • Computer security expertise
