We are currently looking for an Uniform Administrator to join our HR team.

As the Uniform Administrator you will support the Uniforms Team on day to day administrative tasks with some general HR administration as and when required. For this role we are seeking individuals who have excellent attention to detail, are confident communicators and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills are also needed as you will act as the first point of contact for Uniforms queries.

Some of your responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:

  • Processing uniform orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conducting uniform fittings for new frontline staff
  • Ordering company name badges for all company roles
  • Carrying out regular stock checks and ensure sufficient stock levels of driver clothing and equipment.
  • Co-ordinating deliveries of uniform and equipment
  • Support the wider HR Team
  • Providing additional support on all administrative duties instructed by the Uniforms Manager

Competencies required for the role include and are not restricted to:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload in a sometimes variable environment.
  • A positive and responsive customer service attitude at all times
  • Strong Excel and Word skills would be beneficial for this role.
