Traincrew Resource Manager (0427)

We are currently looking a Traincrew Resource Manager to ensure train crew rostering, both planned and reactive, is accomplished in the most economical manner within agreements.  You will be required to maintain depot records both for train crew deployment, payroll, attendance and safety process for the depot in line MTR Procedures.

As well as maintaining depot records you will also be required to ensure train crew are fit for duty, conduct medication checks, produce daily logs of sickness & absence and ensure that working time for all train crew is accurately recorded and no planned breaches of the limits defined in the MTR Safety Manual are exceeded.

Candidates must have a very systematic and methodical approach to problem solving and should ideally have similar previous experience.

A comparable position within a TOC, operating with equivalent Driver numbers , plus a thorough knowledge and use of the IRMA Operating Platform (or Similar) are desirable.
