MTR Elizabeth line have an exciting new opportunity within our current Security team. This new position of Security Operations Manager will support the Head of Security in the delivery of all aspects of security and safeguarding for the business, whilst prioritising delivery of the Department for Transport National Rail Security Programme and the Annual Security Plan.
The Security Operations Manager will work alongside a range of internal and external stakeholders, including the Trade Unions and British Transport Police, to ensure delivery of all regulatory and concession requirements, as well as reducing and mitigating against security risks. The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for security audits and working to improve security and safeguarding across the network, as well as ensuring security briefings are delivered to all our employees. This role will also work with and support our Safeguarding Manager and CCTV Officer to ensure delivery of team objectives.
As well as being a key support to the Security team, the Security Operations Manager will also support the Head of Revenue Protection to ensure the Annual Revenue Plan and associated revenue protection policies are adhered to.
