MTR Elizabeth Line (MTREL) is looking for an experienced Quality, Energy and Environment professional to take the Quality & Environment Lead role. The Quality & Environment Lead is responsible for providing technical expertise and environmental leadership and assisting MTREL functions in planning and delivering the concession contract requirements. This will ensure that, in collaboration with key business stakeholders, MTREL is industry leading and builds a strong platform for the future.
The post holder will play a critical role in our journey towards becoming an industry leading by having the opportunity to drive, manage and improve our quality, energy and environmental management systems and overall business performance. Will also embed quality management and continuous improvement principles within MTREL in order to ensure the service we provide is fit for purpose, consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.
The post holder will also lead on the wide variety of environmental and energy challenges and opportunities across MTREL in regards to our environmental management systems, operating procedures, audit programmes and competency and training frameworks. They will fully ensure that all key themes including carbon reduction, energy efficiency, noise, water and waste management are effectively managed through stakeholder engagement and appropriate governance structures.
