What’s the role?
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for people management advice – supporting managers with everything from employee relations matters and probation reviews , to recruitment, sickness absence, and identifying learning & development needs. You’ll help ensure we deliver high-quality, consistent HR support that aligns with best practice and employment law.
What you’ll bring:
- Part-CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- Solid experience in a generalist HR role
- Confident in handling ER cases and advising line managers
- Great communication and influencing skills
- Passionate about continuous improvement and people development
