An exciting opportunity has arisen at MTR Elizabeth line for an enthusiastic Area Depot Manager.
You will initially be the operational lead for the Central depots of our network although Area Depot Managers may be asked to lead other regions as required. You will be required to ensure that competency and fitness assessments for drivers are undertaken. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of traction/train crew matters, project management and be capable of improving levels of driver performance in terms of safety, discipline, service performance and to effectively manage staff inter-relationships within train crew depots and between other members of staff.
They will ensure robust plans are established for ensuring that all fitness for duty checks, competency assessment and monitoring activities of drivers are carried out to the frequency specified and in accordance with the methods set out in applicable company procedures.
