Our Control team keep an eye on all our trains in real-time and ensure that any issues are dealt with as quickly as possible to prevent delays. Based in Romford at the Rail Operating Centre, the Control team keep our trains moving, communicating timely and relevant information to our customers and frontline staff so they can make informed decisions.

With 117km of track to look after 24/7, the team have to be on the ball at all times. As well as being expert problem solvers, able to quickly find solutions to minimise any impact to our service or our customers, the Control team is also trained to prepare for the unexpected and address any issues that arise in a methodical and calm manner.
